This restaurant is located in the glorious village of Peratallada (Forallac) and is run by Aurea and Said. They were there earlier and it was called La Persa, but now is called
Pistachio - the name is reflected in one of the main colours with which they have redecorated. Added to the rest of the decor, it has produced a dining room of great comfort and
restfulness. Right now, they are offering a Sunday lunch of magnificent proportions, and great value. The main ingredient of your lunch is either roast beef, roast lamb or roast pork.

We have yet to try the lamb, but if it is as good as the beef and pork, then we shall be well pleased. The meat is accompanied by vegetables - mashed potatoes,
cauliflower cheese, carrots, cabbage, peas, and roast potatoes, and plenty of them. I nearly forgot the Yorkshire puddings! At the moment, the price is 12.50 Euros but if you book, the cost is 10 Euros, not including wine, water or coffee.
They are also open on Friday for fish and chips (and mushy peas), and Saturday for either pies or curries on alternating weeks.
Our waistlines will suffer.
Having said "if you book", you will need to know where it is and how to contact them: phone 620 050 067 and the address is c/ Riera 4, 17113 Peratallada, GI.
